Shipping policy

Orders ship from Texas.

Shipping time is separate from processing/production time. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, you’ll receive tracking information using the email or contact information provided at checkout.

Carrier transit times are estimates and can be affected by weather, holidays, or other delays outside The Turquoise Rabbit’s control.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as quickly as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment.

Most apparel is produced in small batches or during designated preorder windows rather than being mass-produced and sitting in a warehouse.

For in-stock items, please allow approximately 3–7 business days for processing before shipment.

For preorder or made-to-order apparel, please allow approximately 7–14 business days for production and processing before shipment unless a different turnaround time is listed on the product page.

Turnaround time begins after the preorder window closes, when applicable.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

If an item in your order has a longer turnaround time, your order may ship together once all items are ready unless otherwise stated.
